Kilimanjaro: Shira Route

The Shira Route is one of the most scenic paths to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, beginning on the Shira Plateau at a higher altitude than other routes. From the start, trekkers are treated to stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. While this route offers a quieter, less crowded experience, it has limited opportunities for acclimatization due to the higher starting point. It is more suitable for trekkers with good prior fitness and high altitude experience.

All Stunning Kilimanjaro Trekking Tours are private and fully guided, featuring a full-board meal planwith three nutritious meals per day. Flexible start dates are available all year round (subject to availability).
